The F-Series filter utilizes Separation and coalescing method for removing contaminants in filters: “D”, “G” & “H” grades and adsorption method (activated carbon) in “A” grade filters.
The “D”, filters are constructed of multi-layered cellulose filter paper treated with Acrylic, and expended stainless steel inner and outer support cores
The “G” & “H” filters are constructed of multi-layered borosilicate microfiber media; glass filled nylon end caps, and expended stainless steel inner and outer support cores
The A filter utilizes a multi-layer activated carbon filter media, glass filled nylon end caps, and a perforated stainless steel inner and outer support core.
The filter elements are easy to replace with a no-touch process.
The no-touch process makes element replacement a quick & easy task. The durable stainless steel element inner and outer core will withstand sudden pressure surges up to 7 barg.
Interception filters operate according to the principle of superficial size filtration. They have a purely sifting effect. The pore size determines the size of particle that can be filtered.
Coalescing is a microfiber filter media to agglomerate (coalesce) oil and water aerosols. The filtration process increases the size of the drops which fall thanks to the bottom of the filters thanks to High-efficiency drainage layer.
Adsorption is based on granular active carbon in the form of a deep bed. This material has a odour removal capability
